Whereas the factors of occurrence of stroke are:
_ Cigarette smoking, high cholesterol, hypertension, Diabetes, vascular/Cardiac Disorders, high red blood cell count, obesity, lack of physical activity/exercise, alcohol, Drugs

Therefore to avoid heart disease can prevent stroke & with healthy living patterns, among others:
Exercise regularly and measurable
Eating healthy foods that are low in saturated fat.
