Testicular torsion would be the twisting / melilitnya spermatic cord, that can cause interruption of blood flow on the testes (testicles) and network structure from the scrotum (scrotal sac).

CAUSE

Testicular torsion occurs as a result of abnormal continuing development of the spermatic cord or even the membrane that encloses the testes.
